These Terms govern your use of Pass Your Electrician Exam(the “Service”), including our website and iOS companion app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service is an exam-preparation study aid for the journeyman electrician exam. It includes a practice question bank, calculators, mock exams, an NEC quick-reference handbook, and study bonuses. Access to premium features requires an active plan.

Study aid only

The Service is for study and educational purposes only. It is notfield guidance, legal advice, or a substitute for the official National Electrical Code® or your jurisdiction’s adopted code. Always verify against the current code and follow the rules of your local authority having jurisdiction. Pass Your Electrician Exam is not affiliated with or endorsed by NFPA, PSI, or any state licensing board.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement.

Purchases & access

Purchases are made on our website and processed by Stripe. Your purchase grants access to the features described at the time of sale, on both the website and the iOS app. The iOS app contains no in-app purchases. Any guarantee terms are those stated on our website at the time of purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute our content, or to share your account. Our questions, explanations, and materials are original works protected by copyright.

Cancellation & deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account in the app or by emailing us. Deletion permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pass Your Electrician Exam is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
